Informes de procedimientos terminados antes del siguiente caso.

ScriBee produces structured reports for coronary angiography and PCI. Every value is marked as dictated, detected from the lab console or entered manually, and every change after signature is recorded.

Interventional cardiology team in a cath lab

The precision the cath lab demands.

  • Per-vessel findings — LMCA, LAD, LCx and RCA findings with pre- and post-intervention TIMI flow.
  • Device and procedure details — Stent dimensions, deployment pressure, balloon inflation, fluoroscopy time, contrast volume and access site.
  • Coronary diagram — A coronary tree diagram, shaded to match the documented vessel findings, is generated from the report.
  • Traceable and auditable — Each field shows where it came from, and any change after signature is tracked and attributed to the clinician who made it.

From the table to a signed report.

  1. Dictate the case — Describe the findings and interventions in your own words, during or after the procedure.
  2. Values are captured and labelled — Values detected from the lab console are filled in and marked alongside what you dictated.
  3. Review, sign and print — Check the report and diagram, sign, and print on A4 or Letter.

In every report

  • Structured angiography and PCI report
  • Shaded coronary tree diagram
  • Hemodynamics, contrast and fluoroscopy summary
  • Complete history of report changes

< 5 min from procedure to report, down from 36 hours (case studies)

Frequently asked questions

Which procedures are supported?

Structured reports cover coronary angiography and PCI. Report structures can also be configured per specialty and surgical centre for other procedural work.

Can a signed report be changed?

Yes, and every change after signature is tracked and attributed. Signed reports stay exactly as attested, so later template changes never alter them.

Can I print the report?

Yes. Reports are print-ready on A4 and Letter.
